PORTSMOUTH – During the recent Pease B2B Commuter Challenge organized by commuteSMARTseacoast, 228 employees from 10 tradeport companies changed how they commute to work.
The IRIS System from IPSUMM, Inc. is a flexible workcell configured to allow all of the benefits of a "collaborative" system without the need to limit the speed, payload, or end effector that can be used.
In a growing effort to provide the best service and reliability to our customers across Canada, the United States, and Mexico our sister company USM Canada LTEE/Ltd. has become USM Americas Inc. The USM commitment and dedication to the footwear industry has never been stronger. As we expand our North American efforts, our new name is just one of the many changes we’re making to better serve you.
Starting April 6th you will no longer see the USM Canada name on all correspondences.

From February 10th to 12th the Hudson Cutting team and Elitron were exhibiting at the International Converting Exhibition (ICE) 2015 in Orlando, Florida. Couldn’t make it down to see us? Hudson, Elitron's exclusive North American distributor, partnered with the company to showcase their Kombo T die-less cutting machine. The Kombo T, which capitalizes on the concept of "virtual dies," utilizes user-friendly software to accurately and efficiently cut material without the need of pre-made dies. It features a targeted vacuum surface to securly hold material in place, an automatic multi-tool cutting head for a variety of applications, and can even include a video projection system to display the cutting project directly on the material in a bright and high resolution live image.
